I have worked in the financial services industry since 1987, and have specialised in Mortgages and Protection since 2002. In 2015 I decided to set up my own company working alone from home. My main focus was to provide an outstanding service, a place where clients would feel relaxed but confident that their financial needs were being met. Client retention can only be achieved if a first class service is provided, something I am very proud to have accomplished.
Since 2015 I have seen the business grow and many clients return, this has enabled me to employ three further members of staff. We now operate from the Bridlington Business Centre.
I have worked in Financial Services since leaving school. I was previously a Financial Advisor for a high street bank and therefore have lots of experience in all areas of the industry. Before joining Sue I worked for a national house builder as a Sales Negotiator. I currently work part-time as Sue's Personal Assistant and deal with all administration duties that arise. My main passion is to look after our clients and ensure that their journey is as stress free as possible.
When I am not working for Sue I host students from across the world as well as looking after my 2 sons which keeps me busy in my spare time.
I am the newest member of the team having joined as Mortgage Administrator. I previously worked in a local Estate Agents, where I also studied business administration.
In my free time I enjoy travelling different parts of the world and keeping fit.
