I have worked in the financial services industry since 1987, and have specialised in Mortgages and Protection since 2002. In 2015 I decided to set up my own company working alone from home. My main focus was to provide an outstanding service, a place where clients would feel relaxed but confident that their financial needs were being met. Client retention can only be achieved if a first class service is provided, something I am very proud to have accomplished.
Since 2015 I have seen the business grow and many clients return, this has enabled me to employ two further members of staff. We now operate from the Bridlington Business Centre.
Having worked for Sue since 2016 as her Personal Assistant, dealing with all areas of mortgage administration, my role has now changed.
I have taken on the role of Protection Advisor. Now my sons have become more independent I have found the time to refocus on this area, having worked as a Financial Advisor earlier in my career.
With my wealth of experience I am committed to ensuring that my clients are fully aware of the different types of products available and assisting them in finding the most suitable policy to meet with their needs and budget, whilst maintaining our key values of giving the client the most stress free experience possible.
When I am not working, I have a passion for interior design as well as looking after my two sons, which keeps me busy in my spare time.
I am the newest member of the team having joined as Mortgage Administrator. I previously worked in a local Estate Agents, where I also studied business administration.
In my free time I enjoy travelling different parts of the world and keeping fit.
